Little Yogis
Kids Yoga & Mindfulness is a joyful and nurturing class designed for children ages 3–12. Little ones of all abilities are invited to explore movement, creativity, and breath as they strengthen and stretch their bodies. Through playful yoga, imaginative storytelling, and simple mindfulness tools, children build self-awareness, focus, and a sense of ease within their bodies.
Most importantly, young yogis discover a warm and welcoming community, a place where they can feel connected, confident, and completely themselves.
